We’re currently enjoying La Fin Du Monde. Unibroue might not be independent anymore, but they sure as hell make good beer. You can grab almost anything they brew, and be confident that it will be excellent.

At Le Cellier in Epcot I once had 4 of those and a sizable portion of a bottle of Remy Martin XO. Good thing we were walking everywhere and I had a lot of steak along with it.
